Unity 2022.x - Unity 6.x

Published 17 days ago

Existing applications integrated with the Tapjoy Offerwall may not appear in the new Unity Grow dashboard following migration, despite the offerwalls remaining functional in-game.

Issue

After the migration of Tapjoy to the Unity Grow section of the Unity Dashboard, applications previously integrated with the Tapjoy Offerwall are not visible in the dashboard. This issue persists even when an account has undergone previous successful migrations where Tapjoy accounts were replaced with a Unity account. The Unity Grow section displays a warning stating, "Your account is currently in review with a member of our team. Please ensure you have added at least one application along with its store URL." This situation can continue for over a month, preventing access to application insights, performance data, settings, or ad text for website integration. Despite the absence from the dashboard, the Tapjoy Offerwalls continue to operate correctly within the deployed applications. The Unity Grow section indicates no applications are associated with the Tapjoy Offerwall, contradicting the in-game functionality.

Experimental Fixes
  • Verify that the correct Package Manager versions for any related monetization or analytics packages are installed and up to date within your project.
  • Confirm that your applications’ store URLs and associated API keys or project IDs are correctly configured and match the information expected by the Unity Grow dashboard.
  • Attempt to re-add your applications within the Unity Grow dashboard, ensuring all required details like store URLs are provided, and monitor if this resolves the display issue.

The above fixes have not been verified by our audit team yet. They are provided exclusively for your own technical research. We recommend creating a backup of your project before proceeding with any attempts. Utilize at your own discretion!
